(blank card, ribbon, and Martha Stewart cupcake craft punch from Michael’s)
I don’t know if you know it, but I LOVE making things. Yep, on top of everything else – I’m crafty.
When I got the message that my friend was having a baby girl, I immediately volunteered to do her baby shower… almost 500 miles away. I was warned that her friends were super talented, crafty folks, so I was going to have to bring my A game. I think it came out pretty well! Here was one of my greatest hits from the weekend… BABY’S FIRST ALPHABET BOOK – STARRING US!

What you will need:
Letters – $3.99 each at Michael’s
Feathered boas – About $8 (you can also borrow them from a friend or your daughter if she is into dress up)
Hats – prices vary. I got mine out of my closet, but you can also ask guests to bring a hat or other props that reflect their personality
Backdrop – I got 2.5 yards of t-shirt material and 2.5 yards of tulle. I was traveling, so it needed to be something that didn’t require ironing…
Stay tuned for more ideas that I used at the baby shower!
