Since I had already gotten into the habit of posting every day here on SocaMom.com, I decided to participate in NaBloPoMo – National Blog Posting Month.  I guess this would have been a fantastic exercise if I had done it when I started blogging a year ago, but with my editorial calendar working for me, it isn’t too much of a challenge for me to do as the theme suggests, “blogging for blogging’s sake”. What has been a challenge this NaBloPoMo has been doing more personal writing.

I have a lot of “schtuff” running through my mind all the time, but getting it from my mind to the blog isn’t so easy.  Now that we are a little more than half way through the month, I am feeling like I got some good stuff off my chest! I still have quite a bit to go, and luckily the end of the month doesn’t mean the end of my writing.

Maybe next year I can participate in the challenge that was the inspiration for NaBloPoMo, which is NaNoWriMo… also in November… National Novel Writing Month.  Who knows what the next twelve months could bring?  I couldn’t have imagined the last twelve months in blogging – so I am up for seeing what happens next!
