Right after I graduated from college, Square One with Alison Hinds released ‘Faluma’, spoken in the language of the Saamaka tribe in Suriname. Every Carnival and party I went to, this song was a staple.  2012, we see it again with a gorgeous brand new video (hair, makeup, clothes, dancing – amazing) along with the soca favorite “Makelele!”
