My taste buds are going to be different from yours, so I give you the ingredients, approximate amounts, and you decide what is too much or not enough.<\/li>\n<li>Please share what you think, the variations you made, and how it turned out for you with the community. \u00a0This recipe is a starting point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Whew, all my disclaiming is done. \u00a0Chefs take your mark&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what you will need:<\/p>\n<p>Egg Roll wrapping<\/p>\n<p>Roasted Geera<\/p>\n<p>Onion<\/p>\n<p>Garlic<\/p>\n<p>Ginger<\/p>\n<p>Salt<\/p>\n<p>Sugar<\/p>\n<p>Mango<\/p>\n<p>Cole Slaw or Broccoli Salad Mix<\/p>\n<p>Curry<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/trinidadian-american-dad-alfonso-ribeiro-to-take-over-as-host-of-americas-funniest-home-videos\/\">Jerk Seasoning<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rice Vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Vegetable Oil<\/p>\n<p>Black Pepper<\/p>\n<p>Pepper Sauce (optional)<\/p>\n<p>2 small chicken breasts<\/p>\n<p>Confession Time &#8211; I didn&#8217;t really measure anything at all for this&#8230; these measurements are my best guesses. \u00a0Start to finish, it took about an hour.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2644\" src=\"http:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/1_egg_roll_socamom.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Egg Roll-ympics: Jamaica vs. Trinidad!\" title=\"Egg Roll-ympics: Jamaica vs. Trinidad!\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/1_egg_roll_socamom.jpg 400w, https:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/1_egg_roll_socamom-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First, I cut the chicken breast into very small pieces. \u00a0For the jerk, I added about a tablespoon of Grace&#8217;s Mild Jerk Seasoning, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1\/4 tsp of salt, covered it with plastic wrap, and set it in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2645\" src=\"http:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2_egg_roll_socamom.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Adding Mild Jerk Seasoning to the chicken...\" title=\"Adding Mild Jerk Seasoning to the chicken...\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2_egg_roll_socamom.jpg 400w, https:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2_egg_roll_socamom-300x201.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next, I cut the second chicken breast into small pieces, fried the curry (about 1.5 tablespoons) with some onion (1\/4 small onion &#8211; minced), garlic, geera (1 tsp), and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. \u00a0I added the chicken, then a little water and 1\/2 tsp of salt. \u00a0After that, I let the water cook out.<\/p>\n<p>Once the chicken was done, I washed the slaw (it says pre-washed and ready to eat, but&#8230; I wash it again anyway), and stir fried it real quick with black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, a little rice vinegar, and some ginger &#8211; just to soften the cabbage a little. Then I set it aside to cool.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-2646\" src=\"http:\/\/socamom.com\/w\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/7_egg_roll_socamom.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Yeah, I know... it is pre-washed.
