Nothing like reading blogs on a full stomach…

I don’t measure when making my waffles, pancakes, french toast, biscuits, and other breakfast goodies, but I think I have some sort of pattern that you can follow to make your own waffles.<\/p>\n

Your kids may refuse to eat any other waffles including microwave, oven baked, or toasted.\u00a0 Don’t say I didn’t warn you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Didn’t check that since it was already in a container, and out of the bag.<\/p>\n

So that’s about 3 cups of flour, 3 teaspoons (heaping?) of baking powder, 1\/2 tsp of salt (not heaping), 1\/2 cup sugar or so.<\/p>\n

Then I add 1\/2 milk 1\/2 water, 1\/2 a stick of butter (melted) or 1\/4 cup oil, and stir it until it pours real easy – like this…<\/p>\n

Don’t worry about the lumps.<\/p>\n

I put my waffle iron on medium when I use butter, a little lower when I use oil.\u00a0 I close my iron… and wait.\u00a0 You can add vanilla to it, but I don’t.<\/p>\n
