Today’s Town Hall Meeting was amazing! I found out just how much I needed to think about my health when I did what I was told by the lady in the booth and the metro, and got off at Federal Triangle. 5+ blocks later as I was in the security checkpoint line wheezing, gasping for breath, and praying that the cramps in my calves would just ease up, all I could think about was my health!

The group of bloggers and health care advocates wasn’t huge, but the room was full and everyone was very excited to hear from the panelists.
(Oh, and B. Smith looks just as fabulous in person as she does in her photos – if you want to look young and wonderful at any age, find out what she is doing and … do that!)
