On Sunday, July 7th, Beenie Man, I-Wayne, Devonte and Tanto Metro, Droop Lion and more will be in Baltimore for the Second Annual Baltimore International Reggae Jerk Festival 2013.  Tickets are $10 for kids and $25 for adults.
