When people think of beaches with black sand, they usually think of the islands of Hawaii. Puerto Rico has a hidden gem in Vieques. According to ViequesTravelGuide.com, you can “…take your sandals off, stepping foot on the sand is like walking on black baby powder that sparkles with the sun.”
