The West Indian American Day Carnival Association and the New York State Council on the Arts is providing a 7 week workshop for children ages 6 and over at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum at 145 Brooklyn Avenue.

The 7 week Caribbean carnival workshop will feature costume design, steel pan rhythms, history, traditions, as well as a Kiddies Carnival Fiesta and Parade grand finale.

Saturday, May 12th – Saturday, June 23rd

Pre registration of $40 is required and includes workshop supplies and admission to the museum for 7 weeks – on workshop days only.
